Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, employment, legal, clinical, or other professional relationship.
Consulting and advisory scope
JDQPS provides workplace and human systems consulting and advisory services within an agreed engagement scope. These services do not include psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, mental health treatment, treatment planning, legal advice, or legal representation. Danielle Quinones’s involvement as a JDQPS Behavioral Scientist does not create a therapist–client relationship. JDQPS services do not replace separately provided clinical care.
No guaranteed outcomes
JDQPS does not guarantee business, employment, promotion, compensation, legal, managerial, or other third-party outcomes.
Intellectual property
JDQPS names, methods, frameworks, written content, graphics, and other proprietary materials remain the property of JDQPS or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Intake and engagement
Submitting an intake or inquiry does not constitute acceptance of an engagement, a proposal, authorization to begin work, or a guarantee that JDQPS will accept the matter.
